I took my car in 500 miles early for an oil change. I was told there was no oil on dipstick, engine oil leak, unusual engine noise. There is no oil on the garage floor or oil sprayed around engine, no unusual noise to me. They didn't fill windshield fluid but marked it filled. I was charged $20 for a rock chip repair but receipt says it's free, I am not happy.
Worst Service Ever – They left my engine oil refill cap off and blew engine oil all over my engine compartment......excuse.....training a new employee....I would say not training and no supervisory people reviewing employee work....hope my engine is damaged...
