I was not impressed at all with the first gentleman I spoke with, one of the first things he asked me was if I was paying with card or cash, I let him know I did not know yet, he said "well our till is closed, so it will have to be a card" it was 5:12 pm. I did tell him he should learn a different approach. A very kind black man that worked their came up and asked if I had been having a good day and he made me want to stay, he was so kind and so much more professional than the other man.
