Lost a long time customer. I have been going there since the first year they opened. Regularly bringing in several vehicles throughout the years. Never had any problems. Until the brunette girl shop manager took over. 4 services ago I noticed on the receipt stated I had no oil on the dipstick when I arrived. So I made sure to check me and my wife's vehicle the next few services. She lied on the receipt everytime. Im sure it's a way to not be liable if they mess up your vehicle.
