If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend trusted Jiffy Lube in Muscle Shoals to provide routine maintenance for her car, but they ended up causing catastrophic damage to her engine. Their staff made service recommendations that were not in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, and the result was a destroyed motor that now requires nearly $10,000 in repairs.
