A Jiffy John Inc employee physically assaulted an employee of a General Contractor in NE DC last month, fortunately the assault was caught on CCTV and has been shared with the DCMPD. Jiffy John's office denied the assault claiming the driver was defending himself, unfortunately for Jiffy John and their staff the CCTV clearly shows an irate driver assaulting a supervisor at the construction site because the driver was instructed not the drag the porta-john over curing concrete.
Business response:
the video shows the supervisor assaulting my driver first and he was defending himself. my employee will most likely file charges against the supervisor. He called our office an insisted my driver be fired with no proof. He was disrespectful and very rude on the phone. I would not recommend using their company for any remodeling needs
