1 Star will be based on his office manager Martica. Today I went to get a clearance on my TB test. Right of the beginning she approached me in a high tone. She was upset that I had not paid for a CoPay they did not ask me for the day of my appointment, I offered to pay that day with my card and she stated they only take cash. (there are no signs that state payments are only done with cash.) Dr. Jiffry and his office staff are wonderful and very efficient. All my needs are always met. The office staff always answers the phone and never leaves you on hold for no more than a few minutes. My experience is always wonderful with Dr.Jiffry and his office staff.
