I saw Dr. Chen since July 2020, she is very helpful and listens to my answer. I never had an issue making an appointment with her.
I really enjoyed working with Dr. Chen and am sad she is leaving CRMC. I feel like she listened to my issues and acknowledged that I was struggling when depression and anxiety had become my norm. The med regiment she figured out for me has been the most successful one I’ve been on and I’ve actually felt progress through treatment with her (alongside therapy). Dr. Jie Chen is a fantastic psychiatrist. She's helped me out and saved my life. Her knowledge and expertise in the field has improved my life for the better. She's gotten me into a medication regime that's helped me to become more successful in life. I highly recommend her to anyone who's wanting a professional with the knowledge to help you.
I’m a 67 year old man and in all due respect Jie Chen is a young lady who might have knowledge, training , etc . …however I felt she lacked the level of maturity which I prefer when on the subject of what I’ve been through in my life and where I’m at now .
