The whole experience was not good. Wait time was right at 1 hrs. The Dr. Changed the power in my contacts and glasses and bifocals so bad they were of no use. Have tried to work it out 3 times to no avail. I just disputed all charges and definitely will not be going back. Dr. Needs to go back to school or retire. Don't go there.

I was just totally outraged with the office manager at this location. apparently this is the only one. I am sorely disappointed to have been treated like this by professionals and i'm supposed to be the client here. Like i understand that rescheduling appointments can be such a stressful job but to take that out on a patient just because i really needed my appointment is absurd. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The modern technology used made my appointment a pleasurable experience. I am very thankful this office was recommended to me and I will most definitely encourage others to experience this office as well.
