One of the best and trustworthy consignment stores ive been to. Not only are the staff so knowledgeable and polite with service but i always get my moneys worth from purchasing expensive luxury. The condition is great you really cant tell its pre loved for such a good price in this day and age, it cannot get better. Me and my friends come here all the time
Amazing experience at this second-hand luxury store! The shop is clean and beautifully organized, with a great selection of high-quality pieces. I purchased a Chanel pearl bracelet and some accessories, and the condition exceeded my expectations — clearly well authenticated and carefully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and very patient, offering helpful recommendations without any pressure. Fair pricing and great value overall. Definitely a place I’ll come back to and highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Jiaxy&K. Jewellery/Luxury. I had been searching extensively for a particular Chanel handbag, that is very hard to get your hands on and they were able to source it for me with efficiency and professionalism. Their communication was prompt and courteous throughout the process. Their selection of fine jewellery was also impressive. I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the service and I would not hesitate to recommend Jiaxy&K to others seeking authentic luxury items.
Absolutely terrible experience. The store manager Maggie was arrogant and unprofessional. When I tried to compare a few earrings, she was rude, dismissive, and even made inappropriate comments about my personal finances. Avoid this place at all costs.
