I highly recommend Jian and her husband James as realtors. They are well versed in real estate. Their interactions with clients and peers demonstrate a good understanding of communities, particularly Staten Island and Brooklyn. They were extremely professional and caring when helping my husband and I sell our home. James even checked our house during a snowstorm when we were not home.
