Dr. Mansour and his team are absolutely wonderful. Very caring and helpful with everything they do. Dr. Mansour and his team did surgery on my heal I broke. He said it is the hardest bone to break. 5 weeks later I am out of a cast and in a boot. Wonderful team. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for me. I wanted to see this doctor, but the girl that works at the front was so unprofessional, rude and full of herself I decided to find another doctor.
Today I want to say my experience with customer service I called to take an appointment and I give her my insurance information and even my insurance company told me that dr Jiab soleiman in my network she told me she gonna verified my insurance then she will call me back she’s not even ask me for my phone number and she shot the phone call in my face no way I will go with this dr anymore
dr is fine but very rude employee, not sure his name, but when asked if it was gonna be a long wait he said, some people wait hours without complaining, very rude and inconsiderate answer, not recommended
