dr is fine but very rude employee, not sure his name, but when asked if it was gonna be a long wait he said, some people wait hours without complaining, very rude and inconsiderate answer, not recommended
If I could give zero stars, I would. This doctor performed an ACL surgery on my husband and repeatedly assured us that it was a routine, easy surgery and that there was nothing to worry about. We trusted him completely—and that was a huge mistake. Six months after the surgery, my husband showed no improvement at all. The doctor then performed a revision surgery, and we truly believed that would finally fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not. Very disappointed with this office’s communication. I called last week for a refill for my knee pain medication and was told a note would be left for the doctor. After more than a week, I called back and was told no note existed. When I asked to come in the same day, I was informed the doctor doesn’t work on Tuesdays. Poor follow-up and lack of coordination, especially for a patient dealing with ongoing pain.
My appointment is now Saturday 29th 1:30 No body is here Thanks god I didn’t start the treatment because this unprofessional Will find somewhere else
