Rayyah was amazing with her service and attention to detail regarding my food allergy. She wanted to make sure whatever I ate was safe for me. I appreciated that and Sergio followed up with being pleasant as well, then the food was A1! Very satisfied with the overall service!

They gave us the wrong order to go and it took 45 minutes for us to get our food the first time 25 minutes the next and the food was genuinely not good. To go gratuity see charge wouldn’t be a problem if the food tasted good. Over priced, long wait time and service was slowww. Rice was undercooked a bit.

Major safety hazard. I explicitly informed the staff of my severe mushroom allergy and asked if my food or the spring rolls contained mushrooms—they assured me they didn't. Halfway through eating, my throat began tightening, and I found a mushroom inside my spring roll. When I brought this up, the waiter dismissively told me 'nothing would happen because it's only a little bit.' I had to pay and rush out to take allergy medication. I gave it 5 out of 5 stars because, first of all the service is great, the servers are prompt, very polite, patient, and helpful when asked to describe some of the dishes. The wait is not long from getting a server to your table, when you arrive, and also between ordering and receiving your food. This is our go-to spot in Atlanta, for the Peking Duck. Jia Szechuan is conveniently located in Ponce City Market in Atlanta. The service was pleasant, and the restaurant has a nice, comfortable atmosphere. The $15 lunch special is also reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I found the food somewhat disappointing compared with what I remembered from years ago. The presentation was fairly simple, and the portions felt a bit small.
