I went there and and had a spring fixed on my blower and then less then a week later it broke again. They tried to blame us saying we were drop starting it or pulling to hard. I know we we were not and it must have been a defective spring. Since or there is another issue causing it that they are not fixing. since the first one lasted over four years. Have counter staff wear a mask. Was in Olympia store yesterday [8/4], register staff wasn't wearing a mask. Not the only saw shop in town.

I took my lawn mower in to be serviced and repaired on the 22nd of June. Parts were ordered that day. Wrong part sent. (brake cable). Part reordered. It is the 18th of July. I am still waiting for my lawn mower. What can I say?
Purchased my first chain saw yesterday at J&I. Emma and other associates provided excellent customer service. Thank you for helping me choose the right saw for the work I need to accomplish.
First time tractor owner, went in with my wife was greeted by Greg. The service was beyond amazing and Greg’s knowledge and customer service was the best I have had in a long time. He put me in a tractor that suited my needs and a no pressure sales attitude. It’s nice to know theres still great people out there. They are a fully family owned business and they treat you like family. I will be buying all my kubota/Stihl products from them in the future.
I cant say enough about the great people at the parts counter! I came in with a recoil spring issue on 5/13 and they got me set straight and on my way in no time at all, excellent service, and awesome price, thank you so much.
