Dr Kim was good when I didn’t need any help (ie just normal annual physicals), but when I actually needed to get in touch with him to follow up on some tests, he was impossible to get ahold of and failed to return several calls over the course of three weeks. I’ve been very disappointed.
Dr Kim is the best.
I couldn’t have picked a better Clinic to manage my health, the Intermountain experience is awesome, the team call, they reminded me whenever I needed a check up Dr. J Kim makes me feel like family. Good work Orem Clinic!
