I've been going here for almost a year now and as of today I won't be returning. I arrived at the barbershop and had one person ahead of me then Janet gets a phone call from this "colonel" and she asks me if this dude could cut in front of me since he doesn't have a lot of time. I say no as i've already been waiting 20-30 mins. Janet begins to cut my hair and this colonel shows up and Janet proceeds to start rushing my cut and rather than her usually 30 min cut this one took 5 mins.
