Mr. Ho met with my wife and I in our home and he was very professional and funny. He gave us a fair price to refinish the old floors in our house in addition to replacing the treads and spindles on our staircase. His crew was able to start the next day. It only took them 4 days of work to do the whole job, including some patching! I have used Ho's hardwood for almost 10 years now. Their prices are fair, they show up on time and do good work. I have had them install oak flooring as well as refinish oak flooring.
Bad
This guy is the biggest hack. I hired him to put in pre-finished flooring, which came out fine. I also had him stain and finish my stairs. It's the biggest hack job you've ever seen and I paid him $400 for it. Not too mention how much it's going to cost me to fix it. The worst part is that my family member set me up with him. Never do business with family. I certainly won't.
Doesn't clean up after his job. Wouldn't use him again.
