Simple job started out great but after a problem appeared got lots of excuses and unfilled promises. I ended up fixing the problem myself. Updated - in the year or so you waited to respond, you must have got me confused with another unhappy customer. I didn't really want to respond but the volume of untruths was too great to let it go... We contracted with John to strip, recolor, and seal our stamped concrete porch. John thoroughly explained the process and the materials he would use. It was apparent that he had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. After stripping the old sealer, John worked with us to get the color and look exactly as we wanted. The end result is fantastic. John is a true professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend his company!
John installed a railing for us in a timely and professional manner. He used quality materials and the railing looks amazing. John’s communication with us from start to finish was very thorough. Highly recommend JHJ!
