First and foremost, I am a doctor myself who is informing everyone who read this regarding my experience on a behalf of a family member. Dr. Shah, displayed an unprofessional/arrogant attitude and was rude on several occasions to my family and I when discussing the care of my family member. In addition, she also supported one of the nurses who roughly and rudely repositioned (moving the patient around in bed) my family member who had a craniotomy.
