Using JHACS for my generator installation and service is just the beginning of their capabilities. My phone calls are answered promptly by a team of people who understand true customer service and interface. The team is attentive to my needs. They just installed a new EV charger for me on a timely basis. They left my home in pristine condition and took care of some issues that arose during their work. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs - they are honest, reliable and fair I n what they charge!
They do great work but charge the highest rates possible. If you don't mind getting ripped-off, then they are wonderful electricians.
Chris and his team did a great job getting me set up with whole-house standby generator for my property in Old Westbury. This was a complicated project with lots going on but they got it done pretty quickly and without any issues. I also have them service the generator. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do what I did.
Stay far away from this flunky company ! Incompetent at best or at worst purposely trying to mess up your generator so they can repair it to make$$$ . They sold me oil for my annual service and told me it's delvac 5-40 . I used it thinking they are the experts this year when I went to do my oil change and read up more it said to use 5-30 synthetic and that 5-40 and delvac should only be used in diesel generators .
