I feel like after using J.H Young’s on multiple occasions they are due for a review. Our main point of contact was Eve. She was lovely to deal with, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. My wife’s engagement ring and 5 year anniversary ring are stunningly beautiful and well crafted, we are extremely happy with the entire experience. Went to get 2 watches resized/links taken out. One needed 1 link removed and the other she just had to shift, only charged me for one. Justine was the one working. Ended up purchasing a new watch as well. She is the one to go to, she's a gem. Thank you Justine! P.S. Yang's, you better keep her and give her a raise! Cheers!
I took a couple pieces here to be fixed and to have earring posts changed to screw backs. They were able to replace a clasp on the spot and the other two were back within two weeks. They have lovely jewelry here and seem very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended!
Every time I go into the store I am greeted and experience great service. I bring my jewelry in to get cleaned and repaired and the goldsmith never disappoints!
