Had a very disappointing experience. The contractor showed up late (arrived for 1 PM, started around 3 PM) and made little progress on the first day. The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and respect. He told me he needed to use my microwave and bathroom instead of asking, and when I addressed it, he said he didn’t need permission.
