Been waiting on them to get back to me since October. Had a b&w ball put In and they didn't tighten some bolts, and there was some banging and clanging so we took our truck to our dealer and they said the place that put our ball In didn't tighten bolts back and we just wanted JH custom to make it right with us and never did and never even called me back! Never doing business there again or recommending them!!!
Jeff and Bob have been really good to us, we had some small work done to our dodge and they rhino lined my bumper on my big truck, great job getting lots of heads turning!
I live in Texas and I had a question on the size of the rims on my truck...I found the rim on Amazon and was going to order the wrong one. I reached out to Jeff and his team for help and what I found was the best customer service that I have had in a very long time...I wish the shop was closer to me so I could get my entire truck redone....thanks guys for the experience #customerforlife.
