I dropped in at JH CrossFit while I was in Mobile and absolutely loved it! The coaches were super friendly and really made me feel welcome right away. They did a great job of explaining the workout and helping me scale things to my level, but still pushed me in the best way. JH CrossFit is one of the friendliest gyms around town❤️ every time you walk in someone greets you with a smile, a fist bump, and even a how’s it going:)) it’s a very warm and inviting environment❤️ I’m thankful for all the friendly people who train there and for finding a place like this!

I’m in Mobile for a conference for 3 days and my first day at JH was 10/10! Every single member greeted me and Taylor made me feel super welcomed and ensured I was comfortable and had direction. If you’re in the area looking for a CrossFit gym or just dropping in, JH deserves a very big consideration in my opinion!
At JH CrossFit, I came in as a complete newbie to the style and pace of CrossFit training. During my first free trial class, I felt nervous—but I was immediately noticed and welcomed!
