Hey you CrossFit-ers out there: you MUST find a way to go here. I have been to boxes all over the world, and I tell you without hesitation that JH CrossFit is the best equipped (by far), largest, and generally coolest one. Trust me, this place will blow your mind. Big thanks to Matt for helping me get my supplemental work in as well. Hope to come back sooner than later.
