Very clean and healthy environment with friendly staff and friendly people to accomplish goals with.
It was a last minute trip taken for three days. I was able to workout all three days, everyone was friendly and the workout was great! I’ll be back next time I’m in town!
Best of the best. Where to start… the box is incredible, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and professional. And they have every implement you can think of.
Today was my first day. Coach Cam is a great coach. He took the time to help me with my form to make sure that I was doing eveything correctly. He broke down my specific workout for my speed and comfort level without slowing up the pace of others. Thank you Coach Cam. 5 stars
