I d been a long time customer at Jh Breakell for over 25 years. I recently had the need for an appraisal for a piece that was purchased over 20 years ago and that has no longer been offered. The store provided an updated retail value for me after all that time. Great customer service.

Over 65 years ago, my dad handcrafted a sterling love knot ring for my mom as an engagement ring. It was a beautiful ring and my mom treasured it. After my mom passed away, the ring was passed on to one of her 6 daughters. I recently went into Breakell's and inquired if they would be able/willing to replicate the ring. Kristy was working and she was thoughtful, accommodating and responsive, without being overbearing. Incredible quality products and customer service! After buying a beautiful piece I asked if they would customize another couple pieces to match their product. They agreed and I could not be happier with not only the work but also the ease of dealing with them directly. The pieces I sent are very dear to me and they were in the best hands with JH Breakell!
