This is a bit of a random review, but I had to get on here and say something. My wife blew a tire on the freeway today while she was rushing to get somewhere, and unfortunately I was too far away to get to her quickly. The owner of this company pulled over and helped her change it right there on the side of busy I-15. He was super kind about the whole thing, and I’m just really grateful for him stepping up when she needed help. Jonas and his team have helped us with several projects including a full bathroom remodel and most recently a railing installation and full roof replacement. We were in a time crunch and they had my roof done in one day! They are always very respectful and good to communicate. I will proudly continue to recommend JG&M!
Tried to call to verify work being done, only to be hung up on when asking about some work that was done. Big red flag.
Do not do business with Jonas!!! We have had so many problems that he has not fixed that has caused me to spend thousands of dollars in repairs. Paint on brand new flooring, damaged plumbing, plumbing not installed correctly so toilets leak, and the roof leaks….they claim expertise on roof repairs, don’t be fooled like me! They have no idea on how to fix roof leaks. All of the areas that were leaking were paid for but all still leak. The rainstorm happened and now I’m stuck with even more repairs!! Jg&m Contractors were great to work with. They were the first contractor to come and give us a quote. We are finishing our basement and they are easy to work with, since we need this done in stages. Pricing was very reasonable and they started on time and finished earlier than we thought. Will definitely use them again, very professional and their workmanship is great.
