Brought my Gravely 2548 XL there to address a leak and hard start issues. When the mower was dropped off it had 292 hours, when picked up it had 307 hours. Appears the mower was "tested" for 15 hours. The mower is still leaking, after the owner stated he had repaired a seal leak. The mower was dropped off on July 5, 2024 and not ready for pickup until August 5, 2024. This was after multiples calls checking on the status. Wasn’t going to write a review, but oh well! Brought my weed eater to them on May 20, 2024. Got the run around for dam near 2 months. Told me they had to order a carburetor and change! Had every excuse in the book every time I went to check on it. When I finally got it back on July 15, yeah it started and ran but when I looked at it, didn’t look like any parts were changed! $68 for probably some spray cleaner and I sure don’t have a new carburetor on it! Bad business!!
