Dev! Go see Dev! I have had her cut my hair multiple times now. She is very easygoing gives you the full attention and is actually looking to cut your hair how you want. She listened to the problem I was having with prior cuts and was able to fix the part that bothered me. I highly recommend to make your appointment with Dev.
