Old apartment with tons of problems… do not ever live on first floor. We had to throw half of our clothes cuz of mold. Everything gets molded. Meanwhile joe promises to mail it out my security deposit. But have to call him every week and catch him while he is at the office. If anything gets broken, don’t wait on someone will come and fix it. Just fix it by urself.

I wish I could give JGQ a negative review. I always make sure the rent is paid no matter what, but they have done us wrong so many times. It took 2 years to fix a broken sink. Our back yard constantly becomes flooded which my disabled boyfriend takes upon himself often to fix. They haven't completed snow removal adequately during dangerous weather, and have even blocked us in when plowing, which we had to dig out ourselves. My heat and hot water have gone out 3 times this winter. Right now it has been out for almost 24 hours... read more

My apartment is without heat or hot water. When I knew for sure it was not working, I called the emergency line, and he said he would send someone over. That was 3 hours ago. After 2 and a half hours I called the emergency line back and the man is ignoring my phone calls. It's -1 outside right now, and I have children and pets. This is the 2nd landlord in Bangor that I've had that has taken no action with loss of heat in the middle of winter. Only complaint is they won't take reservations. Rather have you sit in the car for a half hour and wait for them to call
