I have been training with Jamal for a couple of years and have appreciated the experience and customization he brings to each of our sessions. He maintains a very clean workout area with a great diversity of key equipment for various intensities and capabilities. Jamal and I work together as my health objectives change to tailor the right workout program that balances his sessions with additional activity like walking and aerobic.

I have been training with Jamal for the past three years. Over this time, he has helped me achieve my fitness goals while being flexible with my schedule. He is very knowledgable and will design a program to fit your individual needs whether that be fitness or nutrition. Jamal has a great attitude towards his clients and truly wants to see them achieve their goals. Would highly recommend!
