One of the worst qxo's they leave you sitting out on the street for hours even if you are the only truck delivering when you ask what's taking so long you get told they are busy when the guys are in the warehouse playing grab ass
For 2 1/2 years I have delivered to your location And all you can do is make excuses and apologize. Because you put your trucks and your contractors ahead of everybody else. They're more important. Meanwhile, the street lines with incoming product and you don't care. Stop making excuses and fix it.
Drivers beware they are super slow and did not care about your clock. They prioritize their own trucks first.
Helpful staff and they carry the stuff I need.
Out of all the beacon products places I've delivered to, this one is the worst. They will have you waiting on the side of street for hours, not even thinking about the drivers or considerate about their time. And when you wait they act you're not there at all. The way they operate is terrible. No organization at all. Would give zero stars if I could.
