What a joke. You just lost over $2,000 worth of sales because your ladies didn't want to measure for uniforms at 430pm. Also, your website is horrid. Update it. It is 2016. Bravo.

We're sorry Thomas, we stay open past 5pm as often as we can. We also have commitments at times that we can't break - such as relieving a babysitter. Today was a day that unfortunately we couldn't stay past 5pm. We let you know that we would be staying late for the rest of the week due to the new recruit class until 6pm or 7pm. As for our website - again our apologies if you don't like it & feel it's horrid. We're doing the best we can.
If you want to order a vest cover, wait a long time for it, finally get it and it's wrong, then have to pay additional for "their" mistakes to be fixed. Then this is the place for you. Gave this place several chances. Won't be coming back . Some staff there are very nice and helpful, others there aren't. It's a real roll of the dice.
Another great experience visiting JG today. On my 3rd carrier.

Please understand, that this is one cover that you are wearing daily perhaps 4-5 times a week. Often it is the outermost garment, subjected to elements such as rain, sun, etc. This is also a garment that is worn over sweaters, turtlenecks, etc at times.
