Buyer Beware of Glenn Neese, builder, Hendersonville, NC dba JG Marcus Homes, Marcus Homes, Premier Homes. Do not use this builder. What starts with a promise ends up a nightmare. I am currently building with JG Marcus Homes. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a home. The quality of the houses are remarkable and there is an array of styles to choose from. My associate William is great and the owner is extremely helpful and attentive to what goes on within the company. If you're looking for a quality home within the Asheville area, GO TO JG MARCUS HOMES!
I do not recommend them to stick-build a home. I had them build my home and there were and still are many unresolved issues. Customer service ends when you sign the contract.
I recently made a visit to JG Marcus Homes. I was very impressed with the amount of customer service I received. Mr. Rebol patiently answered the many questions I had and showed me many ways they could customize my home. I have a couple of years before I can build but I will be going back to buy.
