Exceptional quality and stellar service from John the owner. He knows jewelry and is very passionate about his craft! I worked for a well known mall jewelry store for 20 years but I would still buy from John because the quality in his store was something we don’t get or see. I love being able to proudly display a necklace or piece no one else has. I also use John for all my repairs, I trusted his care with my piece more than the jeweler I had to work with!

John has been outstanding with every repair, sizing, and purchase. He is friendly and helpful and obviously knows a lot about the jewelry world. He repaired a very expensive watch for my friend, which the jeweler down the street wouldn't touch. I love the small size of his store. It reminds me of the family run jewelry store I used in NH. I tried a few stores in the Venice area but felt J&G Jewelry was exactly what I was looking for. Not big but small and welcoming.

J&G repaired my wedding ring, and I was completely happy with their work. The owner has a straighforward, eastern European vibe, which other reviewers may have found brusque. I found it charming. I would return for additional repairs when needed.

I would never recommend this store to anyone! The owner is the rudest, most obnoxious person you never want to meet. The inventory is limited!
