Beware of Gloria, she cant take business poor value criticism from customers. I may have lost my full Warranty on a complete Carrier HVAC they installed a little over a year ago. After reading thru well documented posts on Nextdoor and reading the company's continued flagrant false responses, and backdoor harassment tactics for customers who complain, I've decided to share my experience publicly. If you're on the Nextdoor app in the northwest area, you can find additional postings about how they respond to errors, despite their glowing reviews.
