Their tech blew me off for months to repair my generator. I reached out one more time to find out that guy quit. The company apologized over and over and said they will make it right if I gave them a chance. They came out and gave me a price. When they installed it, the price went up! Charged me an added service call that was not on the estimate. That cost was unjustified! Robert came to our home today and fixed our electrical problem. He was very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with his work. He was able to identify the problem and correct it quickly. We will definitely call him again should the need arise.
