Unlike the last company sent here Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and said he will let AHS know what it is and he's going to see what they want to do about fixing the problem. Very professional and know what he's doing.
The associate that came by my house informed me of the problem we had going on, it was a simple fix, but since I wasn't understanding the logic, he broke it down a little further, until I did understand.
After 3 years and numerous other HVAC companies to try to fix our unexplained loss of airflow to our top floor, this company was the first one to not only diagnose the issue accurately but also fix it. This company is absolutely top notch and recommend to everyone without reservation!
I would recommend this company to anyone. Chris is very knowledgeable and very professional. Do not use Crown Temperature Heating & Cooling, horrible company. I don’t understand why AHS( American Home Shield) insist on using them. Save yourself the trouble and headache, refuse Crown as your repair company. Crown claimed they cleaned my air conditioner, same time last year. They took our money and did not clean it. See the pictures, this doesn’t happen in 1 year.
Very knowledgeable tech. Zeroed in on the issue right away. Very professional.
