Our AC quit working in the midst of some hot fall weather. Setting up an appointment was very easy. They gave us a window for when they would be here and arrived promptly. Chris the tech diagnosed the problem and was able to get it up and running again. Overall great experience. Would gladly use them again !!!
Quick response time and Great service
Very helpful. Had to use them to evaluate the AC installation from another company and they figured out the issues quickly.
Unlike the last company sent here Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and said he will let AHS know what it is and he's going to see what they want to do about fixing the problem. Very professional and know what he's doing.
The associate that came by my house informed me of the problem we had going on, it was a simple fix, but since I wasn't understanding the logic, he broke it down a little further, until I did understand.
