I didn't even get to see the doctor because they refused to take my sons stitches out because the insurance might not pay them enough. Even after the insurance said they would be paid. They were so rude over the phone! I do not recommend them!!!!
i absolutly love jfk pediatrics Drs. and ALL of the staff... i have been going to this office now almost 4 years and all 3 of my children go to the lake worths office and since day one i have loved every member of the staff! They treat my husband and all of my children with great respect and my 2 daughters are in love with them there so happy to go to there Doctors.
I did not have a single bad experience at this office, but the three times I brought my son I was turned off. The Dr. Was extremely short with my son and acted like some b*tch who hates kids. I found the staff cold and lacking basic compassion. I'm currently sitting in his new doctors office and am happy to be done with them.
The staff is awful. I was overcharged for my copay (should have been $0, was charged $100, and when I asked for an explanation, I was rudely told that I must pay BEFORE services were rendered). The front staff were awful, shouting at me across the room for information while I tried to fill out their required paperwork. I did like the doctor, but after all of this, I am absolutely not returning.
The staff here is very rude and uncaring. This Pediatric Office turned away a baby who had difficulty breathing with a history of asthma attacks because I was a few minutes late, and was told by the 'mother of the year' receptionist, when i begged to be helped that "that's why i should have gotten there on time" I COULD NEVER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE HEED MY WARNING. My son ended up in the ER. They do not even deserve the 1 star.
The office staff at this location is very rude and I do not recommend this location to anyone. i have only been a pt at this location for a few mths and have had the worse experience with dr. offices and so if you can avoid this location and find one that is people friendly and will treat their pts and their parents with respect.
