Very pleased with the professional service fee by Therapist Karen, Deepa and Ollie’s). We feel confident with more therapy my husband will be lots better! Thanks also to Jelen at the front desk for greeting us on the days of therapy with Her warm smile and caring demeanor!
I had the displeasure resulting from unprofessional behavior experienced when receiving PT services from Helene Zarco. She seemed more concerned with typing notes during our sessions and had frequent absences from the program . She left me alone several times without giving any reason and the support staff did not provide any explanation. I felt very disrespected ,violated and abandoned when she disappeared and did not return to finish our last PT session She also appeared preoccupied during some of my sessions.
