I have no problems with Jason (jfk) but I had them out to diagnose a furnace issue last winter they wanted close to 1000$ to fix it i investigated it, itwas a 135$ part took 35-45 min to fix but yet they quoted me almost 1000$ to fix i even asked the cost of the part and they wouldnt say anything but flat rate pricing so what was the mark up on the part and/or whats the labor rate, its wrong to try and charge people thst dont know anything cause you can and its just not JFK ITS ANY HAVAC ,ELECTRIC, PLUMBERS ETC: ITS WRONG ,a... read more
At first, when we moved into our home, this company was amazing. They helped us get a brand new furnace put in with no frustration no issues. Everything was great. Well a couple of days ago we smelled a leak in our furnace area, which was coming out of the furnace and into the air of our home. From the first call, Ember was wonderful in answering my questions and scheduling my AC unit to be repaired through my home warranty. Gary arrived and was amazing! He came on time my AC is running like new! I'm so grateful for their outstanding customer service and will definitely be looking to use them again, if necessary.

Master Tech Gary thoroughly checked my furnace, tested the CO level, tightened an "Intentionally loosened gas connector by another" Heating & Cooling Co", debunked my "Cracked Heat Exchanger"(told by the other company), etc. I trust JFK Heating & Cooling, LLC. They are honest and reliable small local business that serves our community well! JFK's charge is also very reasonable!
