Poor professionalism my coworker called to schedule a patient’s appointment and they were very rude
Not off to a great start! Sunday 05/17 first 90 day temp of the year and the AC unit on my mom’s wing isn’t working! Big fan blowing hot 🥵 air in the room, making it feel like you’re still outside! No signs of maintenance working on the situation! Early follow up call this morning (05/18) and told maintenance is working on it! This doesn’t go well with a facility that already looks old, outdated and antiquated.
This is a 5 out a 5 star rehabilitation nursing home, where I received 5 star from the office people to the doctors and to the professional rehabilitation down to the cooks and cleaning staff.
I can't say enough good things about Hartwyck in Edison, NJ. It is amazing. Nurses, aides, therapists, my social worker, everyone from the time you walk into reception, they make you feel so comfortable. I am so grateful I can't even express it. Love them all
My sister lives here and the care team is fantastic Very clean environment. My sister loved it 🥰 Thank you 3rd floor staff!! You’re the best
