Just had new tires, wheels, lift kit, led lights and bumpers installed on my 2013 Jk. Matt was awesome helping me through the process. The professionalism and customer service from everyone was fantastic. Lisa in the service department was amazing. The lady that set up my loaner was great. The installation team made everything perfect. My Jeep was detailed before it was returned. All the work was completed in a timely manor. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Peace

Matt was very helpful in understanding my needs and recommending the best solutions - very organized. Nick and Nick do all the work and they are the BEST! I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I got from Peter and Matt. Peter provided valuable assistance and guidance and Matt walked me through the process of building and ordering my Jeep the way I wanted it. Also, as I was going on vacation, Matt timed the actual order so that my Jeep arrived when I returned. I'm looking forward to my next experience with JFJ.
Peter and his team are true professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable but Peter's high touch customer service is why I have come back to JFJ time and time again. He has earned my trust with his straightforward approach.
