I had my car towed to Deacon over the weekend and it was making sort of a grinding noise and I had no idea. I had to pull over on the side of 460 and I was completely freaking out. I needed my car to go out of town on Monday And Deacon had it ready by 1 PM and it was only slight charge for Reattaching a wheel well cover and I got an oil change and it was less than $100. Sandrof sent my vehicle for a repair to hosing going to the transmission from the transmission cooler and I was told the vehicle was ready, picked it up with transmission fluid still all underneath the hood from the first botched repair and it leaked 2 days later after we picked it up from Deacon's; they charged State Farm over $200.00 for a $3.00 hose clamp. When I reached out with pictures of the leak no resolution was offered. Wish negative stars were an option!
They don't not stand behind there work. Garbage company
Pete, Eric and the crew are ways so nice and helpful. Anytime I’ve had problem with either of my cars they fix it and I never have to go back for the same problem! Also they don’t over charge you like everyone else in the Lynchburg area. They get the job done in a fair amount of time. Now they are the only shop I’ll ever go to now. I have been for 4/5 years now and will continue too. Shout out to Deacon’s Garage! If you’re having problems with your vehicle… they are the place to go!!!
Honest and reputable garage. Always fair on tow prices. This shop will treat you far better than any dealership you could think of. 100% give these guys a call!!!!
