JFD billed us nearly two hours of labor for 45 minutes of service. When queried the JFD representative stated that they bill for travel time - in addition to the $50 service call - and proceeded to berate me, stating that the “invoice is the invoice”, that I was “trying to cheat (the company) out of money”, and threatened legal action were I to leave reviews regarding my abysmal customer service experience.

This person is NOT one of our clients. He lives next door to one of our clients and earlier this year a crew he had hired to work on his property damaged our client's irrigation system. We repaired the work and invoiced our client according our agreement with them. We have written agreements with all our clients so everyone know what we are going to do and how they will be invoiced.
