Ended up with them unfortunately again due to insurance Co. Was not sure what issue was, but water sprayed everywhere from water hose connector. Instead of coming out, they requested pics of hot water heater. They then recommended replacement, which sounded great, especially considering I would rather not try to fix an appliance with electric and water - plumber friend mentioned not a good idea - but then they claimed it would be about 600 in noncovered costs, which defeats the purpose of insurance. J. F. Whitlow installed all the new plumbing in my house. It was built in the late 70's and was in desperate need of a revamp. They worked very fast and I am satisfied with the work.
