RecommendedProfessional Service with a good quality product
Ordered 8 yds. of compost following the 2020 Buffalo Home Show and took delivery when I was ready for it in May. The salesperson, Maria, was courteous and helpful, and returned my calls promptly when I made arrangements for delivery.. The delivery driver was polite, threaded his truck through a narrow space and dropped the load precisely where I wanted it. Hires incompetent staff then let’s them do whatever lots of mistakes and poor quality because of it.
Poor products and rude employees. Could not recommend less.
My husband worked for them and got fired for calling out a co-worker’s racist comments. The foreman who pushed for my husband to be fired is an incompetent teenager. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The landscaping and mulch is subpar at best and the owner doesn't care about doing good work, only making an easy dollar. Also, the employees use racial slurs and are protected by the owner, which is absolutely unacceptable.
Had 10yds delivered recently. Best load I’ve received. Taking all our business to them. Service was excellent-Katie on phone to delivery driver Mike. Highly recommendable.
J.F. Kranz is very customer service driven. We had a little problem that they solve with out any push back or delay. I would highly recommend them for all you soil, service and garden needs.
