Flowers never arrived. 1800flowers is the worst and 3 days later the company still doesn't know where the flowers are!!
They never answer the phone
I was so upset I have given 1 star because of an incident with my delivery, but the owner corrected the situation sometimes the workers doesn’t represent what the company stands for . The owner represents his company well really satisfied and impress with the outcome.
Very disappointed with this company. Ordered the Heart and Soul Bouquet for my wife on Valentine. I purchased the Premium option for $159.00. This was supposed to measure 16"H x 11" W. The boutique when delivered was only 12" H x 11" W, which is alot less impactful than 16" H and the roses was already beginning to wilt. When I emailed them they told me they have a Substitution policy. I have dealt with many florist both online and in person, and JF Flowers is overpriced and provides inferior quality.
