Scott was so great in helping me to pick out a floor for my new place. We looked at so many samples and he was so patient. My only complaint was after floor was installed (diff installer) there were couple box left over. Jeff first said wasn't sure they could be returned, then oh yes they can be returned but 50% restocking fee because batches may not match. This was never revealed when ordering and the batches not matching is not true per installer.
