It’s been three months since my MRI, I was referred for surgery and haven’t been able to even discuss my results let alone get a consultation for surgery. I requested for an accommodations form for my work, as I work a physical job and my pain is hindering my ability to work effectively. They took multiple weeks to respond and told me they couldn’t fill out the form because theres no surgery scheduled.
