Took my grandson to see Dr. Brown. He had a broken shoulder.. If every Dr experience was like this, I wouldn’t hate to go to the doctor. The doctor explained everything to us where we could understand it. The staff went out of their way above and beyond. I appreciate everyone there The front desk to the back they were awesome..

I’m 62 years old, and have lots of orthopedic issues and I went to Jewett Orthopedic Clinic and my experience was above and beyond amazing, there team (staff)was kind, courteous, and very concerned for the pain I was enduring from the second I walked into the building, checked in on the first floor from the time I was able to walk out with less pain was amazing. My patient experience varied... The front desk was courteous and attentive to my needs, and the waiting area was nice and clean. However, when I went to see Dr. Murphy this year to schedule my surgery, as I couldn't do it last year, I hate to write a bad review, but the experience at the Orlando Health Orthopedic location was horrible. The surgeons should listen carefully to the patient's needs. Dr. Murphy did not go over my MRI and explain what was causing my horrible lower back pain. Worst doctors office ever. Can’t even change my pharmacy which I’ve called over 6 times about. That’s something I could accomplish if I had access. Dr. Kumar- may spell wrong and idc at this point - was an in and out the room Dr. - Also gave me the steroid shots which didn’t work. Ended up having an allergic reaction to medication and when I called to report it I was hung up on. Would give negative stats but that’s not an option
