I went as a walk-in for a confirmed broken toe. I was brought back very quickly. They could not see my x-rays from the urgent care visit 2 days prior so did new x-rays within 10 minutes of being brought back. I was seen by Shealyn FitzPatrick, APRN. She was very thorough and reassuring. Arrival to discharge was just over an hour with a clear plan of care and referral to podiatrist for follow up if no improvement. Highly recommend this practice, especially Shealyn, for any urgent orthopedic needs!
Check in was a breeze, was able to pay my copay and complete the simple paperwork. Love that all my info from mychart was already in the system. It made the visit quick and efficient. From the front desk to radiology to the provider. Everyone was super friendly and professional! I will definitely be back if I ever need them again.
Took my grandson to see Dr. Brown. He had a broken shoulder.. If every Dr experience was like this, I wouldn’t hate to go to the doctor. The doctor explained everything to us where we could understand it. The staff went out of their way above and beyond. I appreciate everyone there The front desk to the back they were awesome..

I’m 62 years old, and have lots of orthopedic issues and I went to Jewett Orthopedic Clinic and my experience was above and beyond amazing, there team (staff)was kind, courteous, and very concerned for the pain I was enduring from the second I walked into the building, checked in on the first floor from the time I was able to walk out with less pain was amazing.
