My wife broke her kneecap. I called the only phone number patients are allowed to call on Friday, 6/23/23, to request a stronger pain medication at 9 AM. No call back. Called again at 4 PM, again no call back. My wife will remain in pain for 4 days until hopefully on the fifth day I can get you to give her a friggin prescription for a stronger pain medication!! That was nothing. See my review of their Orthopedic Dr. Konsens!
Our company recently dropped off our client, Kirby, at Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic, and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. Kirby was in good hands and felt comfortable throughout the visit. I visited the clinic on Saturday due to severe pain in my knee and feet. I was very surprised when I was told that only one part of my body could be examined per appointment. After waiting an hour to be seen by the PA, I was informed that I still needed an X-ray, which caused additional delays. Unfortunately, the PA did not examine my feet, although she did prescribe medication. However, the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I am very impressed with Dr Rust and Michelle! They take the time to answer any questions you may have. Dr Rust did an amazing job doing my hip replacement in May! Now I am pain free!
I went as a walk-in for a confirmed broken toe. I was brought back very quickly. They could not see my x-rays from the urgent care visit 2 days prior so did new x-rays within 10 minutes of being brought back. I was seen by Shealyn FitzPatrick, APRN. She was very thorough and reassuring. Arrival to discharge was just over an hour with a clear plan of care and referral to podiatrist for follow up if no improvement. Highly recommend this practice, especially Shealyn, for any urgent orthopedic needs!
