Husband treated by Dr Richard Konsens today Shocked as he took no time to look at charts , X-rays or ask questions. Gave 2 knee shots and dashed out the door before we had a chance to ask anything. Poor bedside manner and no doctoring took place . Will be looking for a new provider
The best Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic my wife and I have ever experienced. We have visited four times and each has been a great experience for both of us and our aging Aunt. PA David Costello was incredibly professional, personable, and effective. Add now 5 visits. Just finished with PA Jose Chavarria- same great service and care.
