If you have to see a hand specialist, don’t see Dr. Adam Fenichel. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I’ve ever met in healthcare. He did not listen to nothing I had to say and does not read notes from other health care professionals. I think this doctor Should retire if he doesn’t like his job. The visit was a waste of time and I would never go to him again.
I had knee replacement surgery. I called the after hours number 3 times 3 different days regarding my high blood pressure, blood at incision & an allergic reaction I was having to a medication. All 3 times I was told we will have someone call you back. NEVER HAPPENED, I will call you in a new script, NEVER HAPPENED, I will contact the Dr and ask him to call you, regarding my high blood pressure, NEVER HAPPENED. Very disappointed with the after hour help desk. Absolutely no help at all.
This review is specifically to highlight the above and beyond service provided by Clarissa at the front desk. She sensed my frustrations with the poor communication on the appointment portal and went out of her way to help us getting seen by a provider. The service she provided completely changed our experience and the review that I would have written.
I had one of the best medical experiences of my life at this center, mostly thanks to Victoria Harman, PA-C. I'm a retired pro athlete who was in a terrible motorcycle accident with excessive orthopedic wear, tear and injuries. I've been hobbling around on bad joints for decades. After 6 months of intolerable pain in my right knee, I finally realized I must have it treated, and couldn't wait a day longer.
