Dr David Hancock and staff( Lina and Dee) are very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and professional. They answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Hancock recommended the special type of footwear required to support my feet after surgery. By far the worst health care provider I've ever dealt with, been 7 weeks trying to get a viscosupplementation injection. Was told 1 to 2 weeks intially. They never call you back and they lie repeatedly when you do talk to someone. Would hate to have to deal with them on something of a more serious nature.
